These Terms govern your use of the ZPL AI Systems website. Any implementation, pilot, or ongoing service will be subject to a separate written agreement describing its scope, responsibilities, fees, and other applicable terms.
Website Purpose
This website provides general information about lead-to-appointment workflow automation for remodeling companies. It does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or promise of specific business results.
Demonstrations and Pilot Program
Submitting a demo or pilot request does not create a client relationship. Participation is limited, subject to fit and technical feasibility, and confirmed only through a separate written agreement. We may accept or decline a request at our discretion where permitted by law.
No Guaranteed Results
The system is intended to support response, qualification, follow-up, and consultation booking workflows. It does not automatically sell or book remodeling jobs, replace business judgment, or guarantee leads, consultations, revenue, conversion rates, or other outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide, obtaining any necessary permissions for your forms, contacts, and communications, reviewing automated messages and qualification criteria, maintaining appropriate oversight, and complying with laws applicable to your business and marketing communications.
Intellectual Property
The website’s original text, design, branding, and other content are owned by ZPL AI Systems or used with permission. You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation, but may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, or exploit its content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website or services may interact with third-party tools such as email, forms, spreadsheets, calendars, or automation providers. Their availability, security, and performance are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or acts of third-party services beyond our control.
